Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an Anlytic account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Anlytic is a SaaS workspace that lets you ingest data, generate visualisations, and query an AI agent. Features may change as we iterate.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Keep login credentials confidential
  • Ensure you have the right to upload/stream any data you connect
  • No prohibited content: unlawful, infringing, personal-health, minors' data, or anything restricted by export-control laws
  • Comply with all applicable data-protection regulations when using customer or employee data

4. Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide licence to use the platform during an active subscription. All intellectual-property rights remain with Anlytic.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

AI responses are probabilistic and provided 'as-is' for informational purposes only. You must validate insights before relying on them.

6. Payment & Renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance. Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current term. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension after 14 days.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will use the other's confidential information only to perform the agreement and will protect it with reasonable care.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

The service is provided 'as-is' and 'as-available.' To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express, implied, statutory).

9. Limitation of Liability

Neither party will be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our cumulative liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid to Anlytic in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from (i) data you supply, (ii) your breach of these Terms, or (iii) your violation of applicable law.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate for breach with 30 days' written notice (immediate for non-payment or unlawful use). Upon termination we will delete your private data after any statutory retention period.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Disputes will be finally settled by the competent court of Amsterdam.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms on 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
